We bet you can remember going to a carnival and begging mom and dad to let you play some of the games in the hopes of winning a prize!  Of course, the best prizes were always hard to win but whether you won or lost the fun was in trying.
One carnival game that we remember well is easy for you to recreate for birthday parties, family gatherings, or simply having a few of your kid's friends over for an afternoon of movies and snacks.  What game is it?  The Lollipop Tree Game!
It's so easy to put together, and fun for kids of all ages to play and win some prizes.
Here's how it works, first up, gather all the supplies you will need to create the game:
JOLLY RANCHER Lollipops (these are one of our favorites!)
Candlestick Holder
Styrofoam Ball
Hot Glue
Marker
Now, take a marker and some lollipops and color the end of the stick just a little bit.  These will be your "winning" lollipops!
Hot glue to styrofoam ball to the candlestick holder.
Push the stick of the lollipops into the styrofoam ball until it's full of pops.
Now comes the fun!  Have everyone take turns pulling out a lollipop.  If they get one with a colored mark on the stick, they win a prize!  If they don't pull one of the lucky lollis, they're still a winner because they just scored a delicious candy treat!
